bought the groupon and called and emailed for over 2 weeks and nobody EVER got back to me. What a way to get new customers!

I too bought a Groupon in July and tried to redeem it for this Wednesday, 12/21/11. I sent an online order from their website over a week in advance (they require 36 hours notice) and I still have not received a confirmation (I gave them my email and cell number). I even posted on their FB page - asking about a confirmation - and the next day the comment was deleted and I STILL have not received a confirmation or response. I think I'll call Groupon asking for a refund and place an unfavorable response toward Chesapeake Cupcake! Buyer beware........
