service was friendly and fast
Two stars is generous. Unfriendly staff who doesn't know their product. They never have decaf or dark roast available when I go without having to wait extra and at their inconvenience. Their loyalty program is unexciting at best. You're better off going to Dunkin' for both coffee and customer service which are both readily available.
Worst customer service ever. Employees joking in the back room while clocking in and putting on their aprons where customers can see them while the line continues to build. They don’t have a sense of urgency and don’t care about customer service. No pastries available either. Not recommended.
I don't usually write reviews, but I visited this Starbucks today and was so impressed with the women working there. Upon walking in the door, the woman making drinks enthusiastically greeted and welcomed me. It was definitely a slow time, but I was not the only customer in the cafe. The cashier was also extremely polite and put a smiley face on my cup. I commend the person who hired these positive and energetic employees! Thank you!
