I had a filling done in one of my teeth last summer from my current Dentist. I was in a lot of pain 2 days prior to my appointment to my Towson Dentist and I called Aspen Dental. They accommodated me right away and Dr Kohl was so gracious and fast to help me with my tooth complaint. Mind you, I have never cried in front of a Doctor but this toothache was making me miserable! The staff who were as quick to facilitate I get seen by the Doctor was just compassionate (2 ladies did my X-ray). The manager was also very efficient getting me out of the clinic on time to pick up my daughter from school. Over all, I would say this team of people are truly looking after the wholistic of the patients and NOT JUST getting patients because they are new in the area. They see ALL my concerns (from pain to getting me out on time for my daughter) AND THAT WHAT MAKES THIS EXPERIENCE WITH ASPEN DENTAL WORTH IT and COMMENDABLE!
First time at Aspen Dental... Plan on making this place my primary care dentist. The staff was very friendly and professional.
Dr. Williams and staff were very good taking out my stubborn wisdom teeth. Made sure I was comfortable the whole procedure and when I wasn't they made sure to fix that. Very friendly and professional. I was in good hands
Got in nice new clean place. 2 ladies up front very nice. Got free ex-ray. And getting to teeth pulled. The whole staff was very nice. Pricing was fair. For someone with no insurance..i do a follow up. To see how well they numb me. Doc seems very nice. But wanted all my teeth lol.
Had an amazing experience at the dentist today. Staff was very attentive and answered all my questions. Looking forward to my next visit in 6 months.
