After visiting the Abingdon location, I will be switching my service to anyone else. No customers in the store and still acted like I was a bother to them. I have had this problem before and I'm sure plenty of other networks will be happy to take my 200$ a month. 9yrs with sprint, but to take 10mins to help someone isn't worth it.
Very helpful and nice! I've always gone to the Sprint store at the Festival...and they are terrible there and so rude. I love the Boulevard store. They were so helpful and nice. It was a nice surprise. I will continue going to the Boulevard Sprint store.
Managers are great, the employees are nice the store helped me out a lot and I saved so much money.
Terrible terrible customer service!!! Beware and make sure you read the fine print always!!! Whenever they try to help you they actually stick it to you I’m sitting here with a 600+ bill for an upgrade ridiculous!!! I’ve been with sprint for 5 years. This place said they would help me upgrade and save me money. But i guess this is the way to help the costumer sticking it to them without the facts. Then when you try to call and get help forget it. They can’t do nothing!! Beware and if you can go somewhere else do. This place deserves a negative score
