We love this Flower Shop! 5 Stars across the board! All of the arrangements that have been ordered/delivered in the past by far "exceeds our expectations". The arrangements have such attention to detail and the flowers are of excellent quality. They last much longer than other shops in the area. Delivery is always on time. Ordered the Teleflora garden romance in standard size. Living out of town, I wanted to send flowers to my mothers work for Mothers day. The pros: The flowers were delivered on the set date to the correct address, the flowers weren't half dead and looked great, and she loved them. However Im a little upset that there were 3 flowers that were supposed to be in the bouquet that were not. I know this is common for florists to substitute but, come on no hydrangea, no lavender OR alstroemeria? Feel as though I was ripped off but my mom loved them, so thats the reason for 3 stars.
I ordered a surprise bouquet of orange rose on Friday, September 21, 2017. The flowers arrived on time for wife's birthday. She loved them!!!

I needed an arrangement for a viewing the next morning. Flowers By Lucy delivered with a beautiful flower arrangement that was not to pricey especially since they had no advance notice.
