I have been coming here for 3 months. I love the biking and the TRX. This gym is modern and clean. The instructors are hands-on and can help no matter what our fitness level is. My favorite class is the combo ( 30 min bike and 30 min TRX). The first class is free! Which is what got me in the door, the competitive challenging workouts keep me coming back.
I fell in love with this fitness studio from the moment I walked through the doors! The owners, Jorge and Diana are so welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and are ready to answer any questions you might have about the studio and classes. The facility is designed with top of line equipment and high end fixtures, and is always very clean. They really went above and beyond when building this studio. There are showers, changing rooms, and lockers making it very convenient to catch an early class and head straight to work! The location is also desirable, being right off 95! I can't say enough great things about True Cycling Studio. First class is free, so you should definitely check it out and see for yourself!
This cycling-yoga-trx-hiit studio is AMAZING. The staff is excited, warm, accommodating, encouraging, compassionate, and fun to be around. The facility is absolutely clean. The equipment is brand new and state of the art. The schedule is perfect for anyone with a lot of free time to someone with very little free time... there is plenty scheduled each day! I love this gym, and I've met some of the nicest people here. This place is one of a kind, and it is also a really great value!

This place is wonderful! Very clean and the classes are amazing. The price is great for what you get. The owners Diana and Jorge are so nice and their classes are great for any fitness levels. You have to check it out if you haven't already:))
