The service was beyond great thanks to Erika. She was patient as I described what I was looking for in a haircut, professional in her understanding and charming in her own personality. She was engaging throughout the entire process and provided an excellent haircut that I not only walked away happy with but am continuing to enjoy much after.
I had a wonderful experience with one of the stypist named Erica. There was a free haircut day at the Epic center for kids that were going back to school, so I decided to take my son. I was very skeptical about going because My son has had the same barber for 8 yrs but I thought let me give it a try. I was so pleased at how attentive she was and the excellent haircut that she gave my son. I thanked her and left. The next day I called the Epic center and asked for her name and where did she work and I was told, Erica and that she works at sportclips... so Erica I will see you again at Sportclips. Thank you again for a great cut and excellent service!!
I've been going here for a couple years, had my hair cut by just about every girl that works there and they all do a great job. Very polite as well.
I filled out a "survey" for the company about the haircut I received and have yet to have anyone contact me. Since its a franchise they seem to care less about customer service and communication and only want as much money as possible.
I'm sure the haircuts are good if u have time to wait. I have walked out 3 times without a haircut. Never have enough people working
Even though there are good stylists here, its not worth the chance of getting a bad one. unfortunately I have to advise everyone to go somewhere else.
absolute hack job of a haircut. I was in and out of the chair in less than 4 minutes. The stylist was more concerned with leaving as close to 5pm closing time and getting as many clients through her chair as possible than doing any kind of haircut. I had to re-wait for a different stylist once I realized how horrible a haircut I received.
