Been here many times, only had one issue (the film was a 30 mins late to start.) The manager gave everyone a free movie ticket. Other than that I have never had a problem.
I took my 3 year old here for her first movie. Unfortunately, she had a huge, horrible bathroom accident. I was so stressed out and didn't know what to do! The assistant manager stepped in and helped with my other kids, got them drinks, popcorn, helped them to seats. We were able salvage the experience, thanks to their help. On top of all this, as we left, they offered us movie passes for our next visit. Wow, such great customer service!
Clean, excellent customer service. Always popular movies. Wish prices didn't keep increasing, due to the movie industry.
I've seen near 40 movies at this location. They have a couple large rooms, a couple real small, and a few in between. It's always been clean, fast moving lines. About $13 for an adult ticket.
I'm disabled and in a powered wheelchair. Everyone of the employees I interacting with was very courteous and friendly. One walked to the movie I went to see to make sure the door was opened. I recommend seeing a movie here.
