I was on vacation for a week, had mail hold submitted and confirmed. When I returned, all my mail was jammed into my small apt mailbox. I reported it to the postmaster, no real explanation, except regular carrier was on vacation. Substitute carrier/s had no common sense nor did they follow procedures, training issue??? IDK! This is the second time I have reported mailed jammed into box. Is it time to take this to the next level?????

Fast, friendly and kind assistance every time I have needed some help with the postal service. They have always guided me along as I am rarely ever in need of the post office and when I do it's never simple. My last visit there, a customer was clearly confused and wrong however the staff worked out the situation regardless of fault in favor of the customer.

I've been sending packages to my son in Japan for over a year and I look forward to seeing Lisa at the desk. She has been so helpful and supportive. When he was first deployed I was a total basket case. I would bring in care packages and the customs forms. More often than not I forgot to add something in my hurry to get to the office prior to closing. Lisa would always be so patient and always, always, always thank my son for his service. Her smiling face has made the Post Office a pleasurable visit! The gentleman at the desk (gray hair and he sits in the middle) has also been supportive as well. He too was stationed in Japan over 30 years ago.

Has to be the WORST Post Office in the state. If not in a hurry I will drive farther to Riverside or Joppatowne to avoid this one. Rude staff, Priority boxes never filled, Self Service drop always jammed or full and the staff can be heard "working" behind the door. Shameful.

Avoid contact if all possible. The crew here are exactly what you expect of slow, uncaring service. NOt only am I upset with the process it took to get my PO BOX, but upset that I was told to go online and it would make it easier and faster. This did not happen. Total garbage - this whole system.
