Very good barbecue for a chain. Pulled pork is moist and flavorful - definitely a must order. Flavor on the smoked kielbasa is fine, but a little plain. Roll served with the plate is unusual for a barbecue place - why not garlic toast or cornbread? Fried okra is on point, but the barbecue beans are bland. On the whole nothing to keep me from returning, but I will refine my selections as I try more items from the menu.

About as authentic as it gets, with friendly staff. It kind of felt like we walked into some place in Texas. Good barbeque and good sides....My son and I went in there for lunch, then we took home dinner!

There is a lady with blonde hair that works there that is extremely rude. She has a poor attitude and should not work in the public. The location also carried bottled water in the past and my last three visits over a three month period of time they were none available. I can see it is a trend and don't recommend this Dickey's Barbecue Pit to anyone! The manager was very cold and argumentative.

Loved the place at first, even went back the very next day! Complimented them. My bf and I were going to go all the time, we always spent 30$! But when I tried calling in an order...the manager was extremely rude! We knew exactly what we wanted but they were out of one thing so obviously had to figure something else out, which I was perfectly fine with. He told me to call back when I figure it out instead of giving me less than 5 seconds to decide and was rude about it. I called back and called him out on his unprofessional behavior, he wouldn't let me speak continued to cut me off and said I was wrong and it's my fault they don't have enough employees! Lost 2 customers that spend 30$ every time. It's well worth driving elsewhere to get even tastier BBQ, as a professional pastry chef attended culinary school. Trust me, go elsewhere!!!

Great food all slow smoked meats, very tender... 3 different BBQ sauces I prefer sweet with fries and original on pork BBQ and can't forget the great customer service at this location goes great with the free ice cream cones!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone that loves BBQ , brisket or turkey . catering available too.
