Great professionals work there,however the front desk can act more professionally. They are the first line of contact with clients. I've found them imature at times. One receptionist couldn't remember my name and actually asked me if I could "afford" a product. I would have given a higher rating because the owner is a good respectable woman ,but I think the front desk scares clients away with their immaturity and snobby actions.
It's only been a couple days and skin looks completely refreshed, healthy, and clear. I could not recommend her enough. I'm so thankful to have found someone who is such an expert at treating skin. I will continue coming back to Spa on the Boulevard as long as Maria is there!
The first time I went in for gel manicure the technician seemed annoyed and unfriendly the whole time. When I was trying to pick a polish they didn't have much of a selection, when I asked if they had more colors she showed me one at a time and was reluctant to show me more. Needless to say my nails looked nice when I left but it was with a color I was unhappy with. The second time I had a different technician (Buffy). She was nice but she didn't clean under nails or cut my cuticles and for $45 that should be part if the service. I was the last appointment of the day, seemed like she just wanted to get out of there. For the amount I paid I expected a relaxing, friendly environment with a great service. I feel like I did not get that either time. The only thing they have going for them is that they seem very clean and sanitary. I won't be back.
I had a massage to help relieve back pain. Stacy is extremely talented, and very professional. I've never written a review, but I was so happy with the experience that I had to write this one.
I had a facial last week with Maria Lykos and it was seriously perfect-- probably the best facial I've ever had. I had a lot of breakouts along my jawline that were painful and frustrating for me. I was honestly embarrassed to even show up for the facial, but Maria was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She took time to really assess my skin, help discuss a plan of action, then suggest products that would be helpful for the future. She took her time doing extractions and was incredibly thorough in the process. The facial was extensive and covered more than I'm used to getting in a regular facial. I felt like it was a great use of money, especially for all that I got out of it. Plus, I love that she uses such great quality products throughout the facial.
Pedicure with Buffy was awesome! Boy, do my tootsies feel a thousand times better! Great yourself to the paraffin wax treatment - so soothing for aching gnarly hobbit feet!
